Sample policy

This policy is a draft until the owner confirms it. Do not treat it as a promise before that confirmation is published.

• After we review a business inquiry, we can offer up to two sample sets of a SKU we are willing to qualify.
• The product charge for those samples is waived. Freight is stated in the reply.
• Samples are for checking fit, not for listing as retail stock.
• We ask for fitment feedback about seven days after you receive them.
• A sample does not reserve a price or a production slot.
