Terms of sale

These terms are a draft for business customers of RUNCHENG ELECTRIC APPLIANCE LIMITED. They are not a consumer contract and they are not legal advice. Email: service@runchengelectric.com.

Who can buy

You confirm that you buy for a business. We can refuse an order that looks like a consumer purchase, a sanctions problem, or a request to supply the Russian market.

No online checkout

Catalog pages invite an inquiry. They are not an offer. A contract exists only when we confirm a written quotation and receive the agreed prepayment. Trial orders are prepaid by telegraphic transfer. Later payment terms, if any, are written on that quotation.

Delivery term

FOB, DAP, or DDP is named on the quotation. It is not implied by the website. Title and risk follow that Incoterm and the invoice.

Fitment

A published row is made in good faith from its stated source. Read how fitment data is sourced. You check the fit before you list the part for your own customers. Unpublished and example rows are not offers.

Packaging is neutral. It does not carry an OEM trademark. Compatibility is described as fits plus the model.

What we will not sell

We do not sell brake, steering, or airbag parts. We do not sell counterfeits. Portable charge cables are not offered.

Samples, inspection, and claims

Samples follow the sample policy, which is itself a draft. A first order may be inspected. The quotation says whether. Claims need photographs or video within the period written on the invoice. The working preference is replacement rather than a cross-border return of a low-value part. The contract on the invoice governs the remedy.

Liability

This draft proposes capping liability at the amount paid for the goods that caused the claim, without excluding liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. A lawyer must rewrite this for each market. Hong Kong law and the courts of Hong Kong are the proposed governing law. For German business customers, a lawyer must say whether that choice stands and which mandatory rules still apply.

Language

If a translation differs from English, this draft proposes that English governs and the other languages are for convenience. A lawyer should confirm or replace that rule.
